•Extraction runs on pattern rules so it works with no API key. Production swaps in a language model behind the same interface.
•The book is a fixture. Production reads the management system and Ivans downloads.
•Endorsement flags are fields here. Production reads the actual policy forms to confirm them.
•The certificate uses our own layout. Production issues on a licensed ACORD form through the management system.
