Account managers re-key the same submission into the rater, then into every carrier portal, then back into the AMS. Synthellect runs those keystrokes as software — inside Epic, EZLynx, AMS360 and the carrier sites you already use. No migration. Nothing leaves the agency without a person approving it.
Shadow mode for the first two weeks · Read-only until you say otherwise
None of this is strategy work. All of it is in the job description of someone you pay $62,000 a year and cannot replace in under four months.
Your AM enters the risk in EZLynx or PL Rating, gets indications back, then opens three or four carrier portals and types the same named insured, the same drivers, the same vehicle schedule, the same loss history again — each site with its own field names, its own required attachments, its own session timeout. Half the time a carrier kicks it back for something that was knowable at field one.
Ninety days out, nobody knows which files are actually ready. The updated loss runs never came back. The statement of values is two years stale. The driver list has a terminated employee on it. The work of finding that out is a person opening files one at a time, and it only surfaces when the X-date is close enough to hurt — which is when you have the least leverage with the carrier and the worst conversation with the insured.
A certificate request, an auto ID card, a mortgagee change, an added additional insured, a vehicle swap. Individually trivial, collectively the largest line item on your service team's day — and almost none of it is tracked anywhere until a human opens the email, decides what it is, does it, and then remembers to write an activity back to the AMS. When someone is out, the queue is invisible.
Each one runs a defined workflow end to end and stops at the point where judgment or a signature is required. Buy one. Most agencies start with Desk because it pays back fastest.
Takes the risk once — from your rater, an ACORD, an email thread, or a broker's submission — and fills every carrier portal you market it to. It checks appetite before it spends the entry, so a decline shows up in ten seconds instead of forty minutes.
Opens every renewal at 120 days instead of 30. Builds the file, names what's missing, chases it, and tells your account manager what changed on the risk since last term — before the carrier tells you.
Reads the shared service inbox, works out what each message actually is, does the work, and writes the activity back to the AMS. The queue your service team never had, running itself.
A morning's certificate requests, running end to end on a synthetic book
The agents are the visible part. The thing that makes them work is a single reconciled view of each client — pulled from the AMS, Ivans downloads, carrier portals, documents and email — so three agents are never working from three different versions of the vehicle schedule. It is read-only by default, and it is yours: you can export it the day you leave.
There is no data migration and no new system for your team to learn. The sequence matters: we watch before we act, and you turn it on one workflow at a time.
Read-only access to the AMS, the service inbox and your carrier portal credentials, vaulted and scoped per user. Nothing is written anywhere.
The agent does the work alongside your team without sending anything. You compare its output to theirs and tell us where it's wrong.
Pick the single workflow costing you the most — usually certificates or quote entry. It goes live with mandatory human approval on every action.
Approval thresholds loosen on the request types you've seen it get right a hundred times. You decide which, and you can tighten them back in one click.
Move the sliders to your numbers. The defaults are a 20-person agency with a commercial-heavy book.
Synthellect is not a management system and will not ask you to leave yours. It reads and acts through the tools on your team's screens today.
Portal coverage is built per agency during onboarding and maintained by us when a carrier changes its site. All product names are trademarks of their respective owners; listing them indicates interoperability, not partnership or endorsement.
Your E&O carrier and your largest commercial client will both ask these questions. Four of the answers below are commitments built into the product. Two are things we do not have yet, and we would rather you heard that here than found it in diligence.
We do not have one yet. The control set is designed, but no audit has started and we will not imply otherwise. We will open the Type II window before we touch production data for a paying agency, and we will complete your security questionnaire in the meantime.
Carrier portal logins are vaulted per user, encrypted at rest, never shown to our staff, and revocable by you in one click. We use your agency's own access, never a shared one.
A complete audit trail of what the agent read, what it wrote, which carrier it touched and which named person approved it — exportable, and written back to the AMS as activity.
Nothing reaches a client or a carrier without a licensed member of your staff approving it. Approval thresholds are set by you, per request type, and can be tightened at any time.
Agency and insured data is never used to train models, ours or a vendor's. Processing runs in US regions with zero-retention terms in place with every model provider we use.
Not yet bound. We will carry technology E&O extended to the work our agents perform before any agency relies on us in production, and we will show you the certificate. Our NPI handling is designed to the GLBA Safeguards Rule.
A seat licence charges you more as you hire. That is the opposite of the point. You pay for submissions entered and requests closed, and the whole agency gets logins.
Indicative pricing. We are pre-launch, and design partner terms are agreed per agency. Annual agreements, billed monthly. Overage is $2.40 per carrier entry and $0.90 per service request — no tier jump, no renegotiation.
Design partners get the first six months at half rate in exchange for weekly feedback and a reference call once it is working.
Thirty minutes, no deck. We map how a submission and a service request actually move through your agency, and you leave with that map whether or not you work with us. If we can't find at least ten hours a week, we will say so on the call.
